Carol City Cartel is made up of three mc's: Rick Ross, Gunplay, and Torch.

and torch is an ex-NY nigga that flocked south for the late 90's.

there's nothing to say other than this is what Miami hip-hop has been since 1999. almost every rapper that's attempted a shot at a hit single in miami have sounded like ross, gunplay, torch, and bris... there's no comparison when trying to find a better sound outta Miami...
